Profiles, cords and hoses which are shortened by specially designed cutting machines. Thicknesses starting from about 0,5 mm can be achieved. Gaskets cut from hoses is one of our specialities. (Should smaller tolerances be necessary than we are able to achieve with extrusion techniques, as an alternative Dutch Rubber Seals can offer you gaskets which are cut from moulded hose pieces). At the same time we have the facilities to glue or vulcanise the extruded profiles, cords and hoses to endless rings and frames. Dutch Rubber Seals supplies both small and large series, in compounds with hardnesses between 40 and 90 degrees Shore A (silicone between 25 and 80 degrees Shore A).
The extruded products can also be supplied in compounds which meet the national and international standards FDA, KTW, WRAS, ACS, NSF, EN549 and standards of important car manufacturers.
